Monitering Emerging Stocking Trends

I never knew I cared so much about tights and stockings until I started looking over my entries. Oh well.

It seems that each fall someone trying to do something 'different' with stockings.

It seems Chanel is taking a page from Alexander McQueen Fall 08 sans the Amer-Appy-esque quality.

Opt for something lighter.

On the up side, it seems like we'll be moving away from black next fall (evident from the above and other collections).

My senior year of high school, for my fashion design final, my looks included a piece very similar to these stockings.

I'm glad fashion has caught up with me... 3 years later.

After making countless doodles as a child, taking 2 fashion design courses, being a fashion merchandise minor for a semester, and compulsively checking fashion blogs and sites, I've found that I just can't get away from fashion.
